The spinoff will be set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes, which is of course run by Vought International. The currently untitled series has been described as an “irreverent, R-rated show that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities.”

Jaz Sinclair (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Lizze Broadway (Bones), Shane Paul McGhie (Deputy), Aimee Carrero (Elena of Avalor), Reina Hardesty (Brockmire), and Maddie Phillips (Teenage Bounty Hunters) have all previously been announced to star in The Boys spinoff series.

Starring an ensemble cast that includes Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon and Karen Fukuhara as the titular vigilantes, and Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher and Nathan Mitchell as members of the “Seven”, The Boys has been met with critical acclaim for its unorthodox, satirical approach to the superhero genre. The third series will add several new characters to the already stacked roster, including Jensen Ackles as former superhero Soldier Boy.

The Boys season 3 has not yet been given a premiere date. This comes to us courtesy of Deadline.
