Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) is a simple man making his way through the galaxy. However, The Book of Boba Fett is anything but simple.
In the first two episodes of The Book of Boba Fett on Disney+, Boba Fett and Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) have taken over the throne formerly held by Boba’s former employer, Jabba the Hutt. After becoming the new Daimyo, Boba plans to lead his new criminal empire with respect. However, in episode 2, he was officially challenged by a pair of Hutt twins who want to reclaim the throne left by Jabba. Boba was also greeted by their warrior, a Wookie gladiator and bounty hunter named Black Krrsantan.

While the first two episodes focused mostly on Boba’s time with the Tusken Raiders in flashback sequences, Morrison promises that there will be more surprise characters and more action down the line.
Temuera Morrison Says There Are Plenty of Surprises in Store for Fans
Disney+
“We’re not allowed to mention too much about these incoming actors, but yeah, we look forward to it,” Morrison said in an interview with TVLine when asked if fans should be expecting some possible surprise villains. “That’s just the beginning. There’s some colorful chaps coming in to upset the works and that’s a part of this wonderful series, too, the introduction of all these elements that come in all shapes and all kinds."
After fighting a group of Night Wind assassins along the rooftops of Mos Espa, Wen teased that there is plenty more action to come from her bounty hunter character.
“I think Fennec is quite skilled with, not just her sniper rifle, but she’s got a lot of other skills up her sleeves,” Wen said.” I’ve gotta be careful not to divulge too much, but you will definitely see a lot more action.”
In terms of who the surprise villains could be, there are a number of possibilities. We could see the return of popular bounty hunter characters including Bossk, IG-88, or even Cad Bane. There is also the chance of an appearance from other rulers of the criminal underworld, including the return of Lady Qi’ra (Emilia Clarke), and the criminal organization Crimson Dawn. Morrison teases that there are many surprises coming and that the season finale will leave fans satisfied.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Morrison stated: “Yes, full of surprises. The Book of Boba ‘full of surprises’ series. Yeah, we’ve got some good stuff coming up. Ooh, wait till episode seven, wow!”
The finale is scheduled for Feb. 9 so we still have plenty of time to see Boba Fett fight to keep his empire. The first two episodes are now streaming on Disney+ with new episodes arriving every Wednesday. You can read the synopsis below.
