There is constant speculation over the release schedule of the latest Marvel Studios series or movie, and with Moon Knight now confirmed to premiere next month, attention is already turning to whom the next Marvel hero will be to arrive on Disney+. Currently, both She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel are the closest to finishing production, with the former seemingly in final stages of post-production, while the latter has just returned to filming for reshoots. With all this in mind, Disney chief Bob Chapek has been hinting that the She-Hulk series will probably not arrive until the second half of the year, which is contradictory to a TV app that has the show as coming in June.

There have been many contributing factors to the way big Marvel and Star Wars series have been released on Disney+, with the platform usually staggering the release of its most anticipated shows between the two franchises with no overlap. This has been true recently with Marvel’s Hawkeye coming to an end just before the debut of The Book of Boba Fett, and that has in turn just concluded weeks before the arrival of Moon Knight. While it has been rumored for a while that Ms. Marvel will premiere “in summer,” that leaves a substantial gap following the finale of Moon Knight.
While Disney has now revealed a May 25th release for Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, and will also have Star Wars: Andor to slip into the schedule somewhere, it was previously suggested by Marvel Japan that She-Hulk would be the next series to drop, coming between the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in May and Thor: Love and Thunder in July. This would fit with a new report about the TV Time app, which has the first episode of She-Hulk, titled The Rules Don’t Apply, listed to air on June 10th.
While this would put the series out at the same time as Obi-Wan Kenobi, the fact that She-Hulk is listed for a Friday release rather than Wednesday, also supports this being correct. If this turns out to be accurate, then that would see She-Hulk’s finale arriving at the end of July, allowing Ms. Marvel to pick up in August in its “summer” slot, although the same source is claiming that series will actually land early May.
Marvel’s Recent Schedule Shake Up Means Timing of She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel and More Will Be Tight

Thanks to the Covid pandemic, the release of Marvel’s first series was slightly out of sync with their original plan, but in all, the Marvel timeline was kept in check. With Marvel Studios reshuffling its movie release dates, there is every possibility that the release of its TV shows has also undergone a change from what was originally planned. Even without delays in production, the sheer volume of Marvel output means that we are pretty much never more than a month away from a new MCU release.
According to previous leaks, the Secret Invasion series will also potentially be arriving this year, sometime just before Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which makes its theatrical debut in November. While the timing is tight, all of this adds up to a Disney+ schedule that suggests Moon Knight’s March 30th debut will lead to a run of Marvel series that will be almost constant until the end of the year. While it is all speculation until there’s a confirmation, this is as close to an official timeline as we have had so far.
