After watching Pam and Tommy on Hulu, people will be able to hear another side of the story straight from Pam Anderson herself. Following the release of the Hulu docuseries, Anderson announced that she will be bringing her own documentary to Netflix. After reports that Anderson was unhappy with the show, this appears to be an effort for the actress to share what she says really happened without the dramatization and glamorization that comes with a scripted series like Pam and Tommy starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan....

Comedian and Jingle All the Way star Sinbad is learning to walk after suffering an ischemic stroke back in October 2020. The 66-year-old comedian and actor’s family have now shared an image of his recovery via Instagram, with Sinbad currently undergoing physical therapy and learning to walk again with the use of a walking frame. Last week it was Toshiba’s HD-DVD laptop, this week it’s Sony’s Blu-ray Notebook. In an article from Yahoo! News, Sony has unveiled the the VAIO AR, the first Blu-ray laptop. It will be available to own this summer. According to the article, “the VAIO AR comes in two different configurations: Premium and Standard. The AR Premium version plays Blu-ray Disc high-definition content, so you can enjoy movies in full 1080p HD resolution....

More problems have arrived for the Jackass Forever team. Just ahead of the new film’s release in theaters, franchise stars Steve-O and Chris Pontius have had a lawsuit filed against them in relation to an apparent jet ski stunt gone awry. Per TMZ, the suit was filed by Michael Vicens-Segura, a man who says he was approached by the Wildboyz stars in 2018 for a stunt involving jet skis they were filming in Puerto Rico....

The hit AMC drama Better Call Saul recently wrapped up its run after six seasons, but lead star Bob Odenkirk is sticking around at AMC. The actor headlines Straight Man, an upcoming dramedy series at the network. AMA JUST NOT THAT INTO ONSCREEN SMOKES The American Medical Association Alliance, a unit of the AMA, has told the New York Timesthat it plans to dispatch a complaint to Warner Brothers and corporate parent Time Warner, over the display of cigarette packages showing specific brand names in the movie He’s Just Not That Into You, the New York Timesreported today (Thursday). “There is absolutely zero artistic justification for this,” Melissa Walters, head of the AMAA’s effort to reduce teenage smoking, told the newspaper....

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN LATE-NIGHT RACE NBC on Thursday attempted to put a positive face on the latest late-night results, which showed Conan O’Brien’s Tonightshow trailing David Letterman’s Late Showin total audience despite the fact that CBS’s Letterman was in reruns. MORE TRIBULATIONS FOR TRIBUNE Despite making massive cutbacks including laying off hundreds of employees, and selling off assets, Tribune Company is reportedly exploring a bankruptcy filing. According to reports appearing in today’s (Monday) New York Timesand Wall Street Journal, profits at the newspaper and broadcasting empire may not be sufficient to cover interest on the company’s $12-billion debt, incurred from real estate mogul Sam Zell’s leveraged buyout a year ago. The Timessuggested that Zell’s decision to hire a team of bankruptcy advisers could be regarded as a “just-in-case move” or a tactic for bargaining with lenders....

ABC HOT TO (FOX) TROT ON MONDAY ABC waltzed away with a ratings victory on the first Monday of the new season, thanks to a strong performance by the season premiere of Dancing With the Stars. Terra Nova, the new family adventure drama series executive-produced by Steven Spielberg, Peter Chernin, Brannon Braga and David Fury, will preview in May 2011 on FOX prior to its series premiere in Fall 2011. Jason O’Mara (Life on Mars) has been cast in the lead role of Jim Shannon, the patriarch of the show’s central family.
