Ron Perlman, speaking with Fangoria Radio, gave the world an update on his long-gestating follow-up to Don Coscarelli’s Bubba Ho-Tep. In the new film Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires, Perlman will be replacing Bruce Campbell as Elvis in what is sure to be an over-the-top adventure unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Perlman hopes to shoot the film in the fall, stating, “Well, I have this window that’s about to open....

From musical roles to voiceovers to action films, Dawson’s filmography includes big-name productions and even reoccurring roles in the DC Universe and Marvel Cinematic Universe. Indeed, Dawson voices Wonder Woman in the DC Universe animated movies and has starred in a few Marvel Studios TV shows where she plays Claire Temple. Dawson’s first role was in the 1995 film, Kids, where she was, according to New York Times, literally picked off the street and asked to star in the film....

Rosemary’s Baby, the four-hour adaptation of the 1967 best-selling suspense novel by Ira Levin, will air on NBC Sunday, May 11 and Thursday, May 15. The telecast will air each night from 9-11 p.m. ET/PT. Rosemary’s Baby centers on a young married couple who move into a Paris apartment that has a haunted past. After getting pregnant, the wife becomes increasingly suspicious that both her husband and their neighbors will have ulterior motives when her child is born....

The fourth season of Stranger Things was pivotal for the growth of Max Mayfield, played expertly by Sadie Sink. Following the death of her step-brother Billy in season three, Max distances herself from her friends until being targeted by the terrifying monster Vecna. Max is essentially marked for death, which ends up resulting in her actual death in the season four finale. Despite being killed by Vecna, Eleven was able to enter Max’s mind and bring her back to the point where she goes into a deep coma by the end of the episode....

While the villainous turn taken by The Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has been met with mixed reactions from fans, comparisons to Game of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen are ludicrously unfair for several reasons. Blasting News claims “Wanda’s character arc features heavy shades of what happened to Daenerys Targaryen in ‘Game of Thrones.’” While there may be some similarities between the story arcs of the two megastars, there is quite a bit of disagreement amongst fans of both franchises as to how the character arcs were similar in some ways, but drastically different in others....

Netflix has acquired the global streaming rights to Seinfeld. The streaming platform announced the news today and revealed all 180 episodes are coming in 2021. The iconic sitcom can now be seen on Hulu, but that is all about to change in the next few years as Netflix continues to compete with the new and current streaming platforms. The news comes as the streaming giant loses the rights to Friends and The Office....

Academy Award nominee and Puss in Boots star Antonio Banderas has teased the return of Shrek. Speaking with Deadline, Banderas has provided a surprisingly promising update on a possible Shrek 5, with the actor saying that the gruff-but-loveable ogre is “coming back.” Introduced back in 2001 by DreamWorks Animation, Shrek is a bad-tempered but good-hearted ogre voiced by Mike Myers. Living in a world of kings, princesses, knights, and fairy tale creatures, Shrek perfectly parodies the many stories that begin “once upon a time…” while carving out its own identity as a fairy tale for the modern world....

Not only did the vibrant, kinetic, dazzling new trailer for the upcoming Sony sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse confirm the return of several characters, including Miles Morales and Spider-Man 2099, but it also revealed that it will be the first of two sequels, with the full title ending with the words: Part One. Producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller have now opened up about splitting Across the Spider-Verse in two, revealing that the second part will hit theaters in 2023....
