AMC Networks’ Sundance Now has commissioned two new titles as part of its 2023 slate of original projects, which are Totally, Completely Fine and Sanctuary. Based on the description for the two shows provided by Variety, both series will be quite different from one another, even though one thing they share is that a female main character is leading both shows. Inspired by true events, Totally, Completely Fine will be a six-part dark comedy that will explore the complexities of grief, the power of friendship, and the ways that sadness can unite us....

Following a number of fan-castings putting The Kingsman star Taron Egerton as one of the potential actors who could take over the role of Wolverine in the MCU, the actor has revealed that he has had talks with Marvel Studios about a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universes future. The site recently evolved into a set of riddles for fans of the DC franchise to solve with a reward of some Gotham City Police Department Batman Sketches. The second season of popular fantasy series The Shannara Chronicles will air on Spike TV this fall. Moving from the video game world to a big screen blockbuster has been quite the experience for voiceover artist Colleen O’Shaughnessy. In a Tweet sent on Friday, July 29, 2022, Sid City, the official fansite for Star Trek: Deep Space Nine star Alexander Siddig, shared the news that Andrew J. Robinson will be narrating Simon & Schuster’s audiobook adaptation of the novel he wrote, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: A Stitch in Time, about the character he originated on DS9, Cardassian spy turned tailor Elim Garak. Originally published in 2000, the story takes the form of a letter being written by Garak to his close friend Doctor Julian Bashir, who was played by Siddig on DS9....

The Jungle Book director Stephen Sommers is teaming with Warner Bros. to recreate a bigscreen version of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ Tarzan, Lord of the Apes. Collateral screenwriter Stu Beattie will write the project with Sommers, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Jerry Weintraub (Ocean’s Eleven) is producing through his Jerry Weintraub Prods. Guillermo del Toro had been attached to direct a script written by John Collee (Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World) when the project was announced two years ago....

Netflix released Stranger Things season 3 during the 4th of July holiday and many hardcore fans have already finished watching the entire thing.
