Entertainment Weekly caught up with Spider-Man 3 director Sam Raimi and actress Kirsten Dunst who both touched upon the prospect of a fourth film in the franchise, as well as Raimi possibly directing The Hobbit: Spider-Man 3 arrives in theatres on May 4. On the eve of what is expected to be the biggest Spider-Man yet, Entertainment Weekly learns that director Sam Raimi is seriously interested in directing The Hobbit, a choice that could potentially leave Spidey 4 without a director - and, says Kirsten Dunst, a leading lady....

As reported by ScreenRant, the latest installment in the Scream horror franchise, Scream VI, has received plenty of praise from Kevin Williamson, the original movie’s writer. Williamson developed the script for the 1996 classic as well as two of its sequels, with his last being Scream 4. Williamson has also returned for the upcoming sequel, where he acted as an executive producer. The forthcoming Scream movie is currently expected to release on March 10th....

Marvel Studios’ president of production Kevin Feige was at the San Diego Comic-Con 2009 and Collider managed to get Feige to reveal a bit about what superheroes we might expect from The Avengers film. The Marvel Cinematic Universe continues on (no doubt long after we are all dust) and now, according a report detailing future Marvel projects, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has successfully spawned its own franchise with a sequel due to begin production in 2023. As per a report by The GWW, Shang-Chi 2 is still a little ways off, with a 2023 production date suggesting a 2024 release, but thanks to both the critical and financial success garnered by the new MCU hero’s first outing, audiences can look forward to more from the master of kung fu....

The two judges offer a look at the upcoming end of this popular NBC talent show The final finalists on America’s Got Talent will perform live on Monday, September 14 at 8/7 central, with the final episode set to air on September 16th. Nick Cannon will reveal the winner of this year’s America’s Got Talent live on-air. Surprise guests will also give special live performances. The winner takes home the million-dollar prize and a headlining show in Las Vegas....

We recently passed along word that Shudder’s upcoming series based on George A. Sir Ian McKellan stands ready to reprise his role as Gandalf in the new film adaptation of The Hobbit. Speaking to WWEN, McKellan, who played the role in all three of Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings films, insists that he is the best choice for the role, even though Jackson may not be directing The Hobbit. McKellan said of his desire to return to the part I certainly hope it’s true - have you got anybody else who you think should be doing it?...

The money continues to roll in for the hit film Spider-Man: No Way Home, with its weekend ticket sales pushing it past $800 million in ticket sales at the domestic box office, per The Numbers. This means that the ultimate Spidey crossover film has become the third movie in cinema history to reach this milestone. Previously, Star Wars: The Force Awakens had ultimately climbed up to $936 million, while Avengers: Endgame pulled in $858 million domestically....
