Progress is moving along on Invincible’s second season as Steven Yeun is officially back in the recording booth working on new dialogue. Footage of the actor back at it was posted to Twitter, providing a small tease at Yeun’s return as the voice of Mark Grayson. We don’t get to hear Yeun in character as Mark, though he expresses his excitement at getting to make more Invincible before having some awkward banter about when he should or shouldn’t have the video cut off....

Stranger Things has become one of the most successful television series to be released in the past ten years, and has made its way to the center of pop culture. The Duffer Brothers are the masterminds behind this story and are responsible for producing, writing, and directing episodes of the Netflix original series. Ever since its initial release in 2016, Stranger Things has been an immediate success, and six years later, the hype still hasn’t died down....

The Stranger Things season 4 episode count and production start has been revealed. Netflix and the Duffer Brothers recently announced that the fourth season was on the way with an ominous teaser. The mega successful series is expected to begin production in January and shoot through August, which means fans hoping for a summer 2020 release are likely out of luck. The Duffer Brothers enjoy the luxury of taking their time to get things right, as evidenced by season 3, which fans loved just as much as the previous seasons....

The cast of Stranger Things is going to get even bigger in season 4. It’s come to light that Netflix is looking to bolster the ensemble with four new characters that are poised to enter the fold in the upcoming season. AN ELEPHANT STAYS IN THE BOX OFFICE Kids returned to the movie theaters over the Easter weekend, giving Horton Hears a Who!a second consecutive box-office win with an estimated $25.1 million. Following last weekend’s tally and solid midweek business, the film has now taken in $85.5 million in its first week. Lionsgate’s Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns opened in second place with $20 million, about what analysts had predicted. The horror film Shutterfrom 20th Century Fox debuted in third place with $10....

COWABUNGA! Warner Bros. could shout “cowabunga!” following the victory of TMNT, the latest film incarnation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, at the box-office over the weekend. The film took in an estimated $25.5 million, but analysts noted that the studio had conservatively forecast Sunday’s potential take and that the figure could go higher. The computer-animated film topped five other new releases, all of which landed in the top ten. Warner Bros....

SUMMIT OVER THE MOON ON TWILIGHT RESULTS The Twilight Saga: New Moon sank its teeth into box-office analysts who had predicted that the movie would earn $70-90 million over the weekend. A few had wildly predicted that it would cross the $100-million mark. In the end, it did so easily and flew off with an estimated $140.7 million, the most any movie had ever earned over a three-day weekend with the exception of The Dark Knightand Spider-Man 3(both released during the lucrative summertime period....

Fear Itself: Season 1 is finally heading to DVD on September 15th. NBC’s chilling anthology series was an offshoot of Showtime’s very popular collaborative experiment Masters of Horror, and like that show, Fear Itself allowed some of horror’s biggest and best known directors to create their own self-contained stories that tied into a bigger mythology. Created by Masters of Horror’s Mick Garris, this latest horrifying shocker of a series also utilized some of the biggest horror writers working today....

Last month’s tragedy on the set of Rust has now resulted in a lawsuit filed against several key members of the production, marking the first of what could be many to come. Per TMZ, key gaffer Serge Svetnoy has just filed a suit against actor and producer Alec Baldwin, armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, and assistant director Dave Halls, among others, over the deadly incident. Svetnoy alleges that the negligence of the filmmakers resulted in the accident, which caused him “severe emotional distress....

Collider recently spoke with producer Neal H. Moritz who revealed that Ryan Reynolds will star in the action comedy. Reynolds will star as one of the leads, a recently-deceased cop who joins a new “police department” of dead cops....
