Jon Favreau’s Star Wars live-action show is officially titled The Mandalorian and focuses on a new warrior from the same race of bounty hunters as Jango Fett and son Boba Fett. While some hardcore fans were disappointed to learn that Lucasfilm was putting a stop to the standalone Boba Fett movie, they may have had their hopes reignited with the new live-action series.
