Right before the holidays, we ran a news item about an “indefinite” delay on the highly-anticipated Spider-Man 4 and it seems another story has surfaced about these delays as well. Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that Spider-Man 4 no longer has a firm start date and that it was “unlikely” that the film will be ready for its planned May 11, 2011 release date, according to one of the site’s insider’s at Sony....
Spongebob is heading to CBS All Access next year. Kamp Koral, a previously announced spin-off of the hit Nickelodeon series, is moving to the streaming service with a debut set for 2021. This comes as part of CBS’ broader strategy, which will see them rebranding the service next year. As part of that, the company has also added a selection of other shows from the network. Kamp Koral will be the first spin-off in the long history of SpongeBob SquarePants....

The long, long-awaited Star Trek 4 has now been removed from the Paramount Pictures release slate. Confirmed by Paramount, the removal of Star Trek 4 was something of an inevitability following the departure of director Matt Shakman, who walked away from the project last month. Star Trek 4 had been scheduled for release on December 22, 2023, with the cast of the Kelvin timeline, including Chris Pine as Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Spock, Zoe Saldana as Uhura, Karl Urban as Bones, John Cho as Sulu, and Simon Pegg as Scotty, all expected to return....

True Blood’s Stephen Moyer has boarded two projects: the Hyde Park thriller The Double, starring opposite Richard Gere and Topher Grace, and a starring role in The Big Valley, starring opposite Jessica Lange, according to Heat Vision.
