Apparently, you won’t have to wait until the climactic end of Smallville: Finale for a glimpse of Clark Kent (Tom Welling) in his Superman suit. The iconic red and blue costume will be featured in the second-to-last episode titled Smallville: Prophecy, and we have a new photo galllery offering a glimpse of what this particular pair of tights will look like. Sony isn’t quite giving up on the Universal Media Disc (UMD) format quite yet. According to The Hollywood Reporter Sony is taking another stab at its UMD format, this time aiming at putting the small-screen TV content on their Playstation Portable (PSP) small screen. Sony is teaming up with MTV to make some of their various shows available on the UMD format. After months of speculation, Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk recently confirmed that two more seasons of the show are in development at Netflix. While Hwang didn’t reveal much about the storyline, lead star Lee Jung-jae, who plays the main character, Seong Gi-hun, dropped a bombshell about season 2 in a recent interview. Talking to People Magazine, Lee first discussed the immense popularity of Squid Game and how season 2 is just inevitable now....

Director J.J. Abrams must now look for a new actor to portray the villain in his upcoming sequel Star Trek 2, as Benicio Del Toro has dropped out of the project. We reported a month ago that Benicio Del Toro was the director’s top choice to play the villain, but it seems the actor and Paramount couldn’t agree on the financial terms of the deal. There have been persistent rumors that the villain in Star Trek 2 will be Khan, who was portrayed by Ricardo Montalban in 1982’s Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan....
