Ryan Reynolds has teased imminent updates regarding the highly anticipated comic book movie sequel, Deadpool 3. In an interview with Collider, Reynolds was not able to give much away about the project but stated that there would be a “batch” of updates coming soon. Almost nothing is known about what direction Deadpool 3 will take, as the character no doubt enters the Marvel Cinematic Universe…somehow. Comedy Central is taking us back to South Park early next month. On Friday, it was announced by the network that the long-running animated series will return with its season 26 premiere on Feb. 8, 2023. Jack Quaid has been voicing Brad Boimler on Star Trek: Lower Decks, which recently began its third season, for years, but will finally get to play him live-action. Quaid and co-star Tawny Newsome, who voices Ens. Beckett Mariner, announced that they would appear in a season 2 episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Quaid opened up about the experience in an interview with Variety. Quaid went on to say that while the Strange New Worlds episode would have some animated elements, there wouldn’t be anything like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, a film that won the Academy Award for Best Film Editing, Best Sound Effects Editing, and Best Visual Effects for how well it mixed live-action with animation....

It looks like Stephen King fans are getting an unexpected big-screen adaptation of one of the master storyteller’s old short stories. The Boogeyman was initially set to debut on Hulu later this year, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, the release of the movie is being reworked thanks to positive test screenings. The classic King tale of horror will get a theatrical release on June 2, with a streaming release on Hulu being postponed to a later date....
